Here's some interesting shoe news: Kristen Stewart and Elizabeth Banks (as well a the adorable Jim Sturgess) signed up for a new movie calles 'The Big Shoe'. It's an original script that tells the story of a brilliant shoe designer who leaves his position at the luxury brand as the owners decide to to turn his designs into mass-produced knock-offs. The owners do their best to lure him in, which is where Kristen Stewart enters the picture. I smell a faint shade of the Jimmy Choo-Tamara Mellon story, so I'm curious. The Big Shoe is written and directed by Steven Shainberg of Secretary fame, who promised shoe fetish, eroticism, and humor. I certainly hope for some gorgeous shoes.
The unrelated shoe art is by Mark Schwartz of highheeledart.com.
