It's supposed to snow tonight.

  1. NB and B -

I love your blog and look forward every day to your newsletter.

I've become better educated about fragrance [which I never even used to consider], as well as fashion and beauty, by reading your work.

Now, for an admission, I think I'm still rather fond of minimalist fragrances [hey - I'm growing]. My all-time favorite is Untitled (Maison Martin Margiela, 2010). You can't imagine how upset I was that it was featured in the museum exhibition. Now *everyone* will wear it!

My questions are as follows: Did you ever review it? -- I'd like to know more about it ... the notes, etc. Who was the nose behind it? What are other similar fragrances? And how on earth can I get the longevity to improve?

Many thanks in advance. Happy Holidays to both of you, as well as the rest of the TNB community.

    Mary

    1. Mary, I haven't reviewed it yet, but the sample is in the "review soon" drawer and I'll get to it in the coming weeks. The nose is Daniela Andrier and the notes are boxwood, galbanum, bitter orange, jasmine, cedar, musk, and incense.
Happy Holidays to you and yours.

  2. Well Gaia, I am on the beach in Pensacola, Florida. It's a balmy 72 degrees. It's also raining buckets and more is expected tommorrow as well as possible tornadoes and hail. I think I would love to have your snow....we always think the grass is greener huh?
I do so love your blog.
Happy Holidays to you and yours.
