Rouge Bunny Rouge- Love Tricks (034) Gleaming Lip Gloss is quite different from most colors I wear on my lips. It's a cool mauve with a silver cast due to the opalescent micro shimmer. I was surprised to see that I can wear it as is on naked lips (cool toned pinks can turn deadly on me). I guess it's the complexity of the base shade. In any case, worn on its own, Rouge Bunny Rouge Love Tricks gloss adds a clear pink shine to my lips (no visible particles). I also use it mixed with darker/warmer colors to adjust them as needed.
The lip glosses from Rouge Bunny Rouge are hydrating and not too sticky. They have a light citrus scent that fades withing seconds and no actual taste. I find that a smallish drop is enough to cover the lips, as the formula is wonderfully rich.
Bottom Line: Lovely (and more reviews of darker shades are coming soon).

I have a few of these glosses I really love. They are shimmery without being glittery and smooth on the lips. Pretty color!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of my favorites right now. It makes a nice change from all of summer's bright corals, oranges, and fuchsias. On the days when I just don't feel like doing the whole sun-in-the-fun look, I reach for softer, pinker shades like this gloss. It's a bit on the cool side but has enough warmth in the base so that it still looks summer appropriate.
