while the rumors of short-sleeve weather seem to be highly exaggerated, I still dream of clothes that bare one's arms and the accessories and jewelry that go with them. This Padma cuff bracelet is decorated with 18-karat yellow gold beads, and while the cuff itself is very sexy and sleek, I like that the rest of the hardware is a little more gritty looking.
